SBV is a teratogenic arbovirus, infecting pregnant ruminants, and results in offspring with congenital defects such as scoliosis, hydrocephalus, arthrogryposis, cerebellar hypoplasia and enlarged thymus. The purpose of this review was to conduct a systematic review to show the spread of SBV in Iran and neighboring countries including Afghanistan, Pakistan, Turkmenistan, the Republic of Azerbaijan, Armenia, Turkey, Iraq, Russia, Kazakhstan, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Oman and Qatar. In this study, 9 English and Persian databases including Magiran, Irandoc, SID, Web of Science, Scopus, Science Direct, Google Scholar and PubMed were reviewed. Of the 55 studies found, 12 studies met the criteria defined in the purpose of this study. The results of the study indicated the presence of SBV in a number of domestic animals such as horses, cows, sheep, goats and camels. In Iran, only one study was found to be conducted on the prevalence of the disease which indicates that horses are infected (5%). Turkey and Pakistan showed the highest percentages of positive serum samples in cattle (39.82%) and camels (86%) respectively. Due to the proximity and livestock exchanges between Iran and Turkey in the northwest of the country, as well as between Iran and Pakistan in the southeast, precautionary measures are recommended by veterinary officials.}, keywords = {Arboviruses,Schmallenberg virus,Iran,Middle East}, title_fa = {مروری سیستماتیک بر پراکنش ویروس اشمالنبرگ در ایران و کشور های همسایه}, abstract_fa = {ویروس اشمالنبرگ (SBV) یک ویروس RNA دار تک رشته‌ای نوظهور است که در خانواده پریبونیاویریده و جنس اورتوبونیاویروس طبقه‌بندی می‌شود. SBV یک آربوویروس (ویروس منتقله توسط بندپایان) است که پس از آلوده کردن نشخوارکنندگان آبستن باعث به دنیا آمدن نتاج دارای نواقص مادرزادی مانند اسکولیوزیز، هیدروسفالی، آرتروگریپوز، هیپوپلازی مخچه و بزرگ شدن تیموس می‌شوند. هدف از این مطالعه، مروری سیستماتیک بر مطالعات انجام شده در ایران و کشورهای همسایه شامل افغانستان، پاکستان، ترکمنستان، جمهوری آذربایجان، ارمنستان، ترکیه، عراق، روسیه، قزاقستان، امارات، بحرین، عربستان، عمان و قطر می‌باشد. در مطالعه حاضر، 9 پایگاه داده انگلیسی و فارسی شامل مگیران، ایرانداک، سیویلیکا، مرکز اطلاعات علمی جهاد دانشگاهی، Web of Science، Scopus، Science Direct ، Google Scholar و PubMed بررسی شدند. از میان 55 مطالعه‌ی یافت شده، 12 مطالعه معیارهای تعریف شده در هدف پژوهش حاضر را داشتند. نتیجه نشانگر حضور ویروس در تعدادی از دام‌های منطقه از قبیل اسب، گاو، گوسفند، بز و شتر می‌باشد. در ایران تنها یک مطالعه در زمینه شیوع بیماری اشمالنبرگ در جمعیت اسب‌ها به انجام رسیده است که حاکی از آلودگی اسب‌ها به این آربوویروس (5 درصد) می‌باشد. کشورهای ترکیه و پاکستان بیشترین درصد نمونه‌های مثبت سرمی را به ترتیب در میزبان‌های گاو (82/39 درصد) و شتر (86 درصد) نشان دادند. به دلیل همجواری و تبادلات دامی بین کشور ایران و ترکیه در شمال غرب کشور، و همچنین بین ایران و پاکستان در جنوب شرق، انجام اقدامات احتیاطی توسط مسئولین دامپزشکی توصیه می‌گردد.}, keywords_fa = {آربوویروس‌ها,ویروس اشمالنبرگ,ایران,خاورمیانه}, url = {https://nfvm.uoz.ac.ir/article_135992.html}, eprint = {https://nfvm.uoz.ac.ir/article_135992_b426502ccd5ed54c7f76490696c75e04.pdf} }
