The main goal of current study was to investigate the prevalence of different Eimeria species in indigenous poultry of Behbahan, Khuzestan province, south west Iran. Fecal samples were collected randomly in all of the 100 native birds from 11 villages in this region. Number of oocysts per gram of faeces (OPG) was determined by the standard McMaster technique. Identification of oocysts was done on sporulation in 2.5 % potassium dichromate solution. The results showed an overall prevalence of 20% for Eimeria sp. Infection Contains 15%; E. acervulina (80%), E. maxima (60%), E. brunetti (53.3%), E. tenella (33.3%) and E. mitis (26.6%) with mixed infections of E. maxima +E. acervulina (40%), E. tenella+E. brunetti +E. maxima (46.6%), and E. brunetti +E. maxima + E. tenella (2.2%) +E. mitis (13.2%) were determined. In order to determine the rate of Cryptosporidium infection, the samples were first stabilized using 70% methanol and stained under the Modified Zeheil Neelsen method. They were examined using an optical microscope. From the obtained spreads, 8 samples (8%) have been recognized as positive. This is the first report of coccidiosis in native birds in this region.This diseases may be an important factors in the economic losses of the native and broiler chickens in this region.Further additional research and design control strategies for improving management farms are necessary.}, keywords = {Eimeria spp,Cryptosporidium,Indigenous fowl,Behbahan}, title_fa = {بررسی فراوانی گونه های ایمریایی و کریپتوسپوریدیایی در ماکیان بومی شهرستان بهبهان، جنوب غرب ایران.}, abstract_fa = {کوکسیدیوز یکی ازمهم ترین بیماریهای انگلی در صنعت پرورش ماکیان است که توسط گونه های ایمریایی و کریپتوسپوریدیایی ایجاد می شود. هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسی شیوع گونه های مختلف ایمریایی در ماکیان بومی شهرستان بهبهان، استان خورستان، جنوب غرب ایران می باشد. نمونه های مدفوع از 100 ماکیان بومی متعلق به 11 روستای این منطقه بطور تصادفی جمع آوری شد. تعداد اووسیست در هر گرم مدفوع با استفاده از روش شناور سازی مک مستر اصلاح شده مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و اووسیست ها برای شناسایی جنس و گونه در محلول دی کرومات پتاسیم 5/2 درصد اسپروله شدند.بر اساس نتایج بدست آمده شیوع کلی کوکسییدیوز در این مطالعه 15% بود، که شامل ایمریا اسرولینا (18%)، ایمریا ماکزیما (60%)، ایمریا برونتی (3/53)، ایمریا تنلا (3/33%) و ایمریا مایتیس (6/66%) و آلودگی همزمان ایمریا اسرولینا+ ایمریا ماکزیما (40%)، ایمریا تنلا+ ایمریا برونتی+ ایمریا ماکزیما (6/46%) و ایمریا ماکزیما+ ایمریا برونتی +ایمریا تنلا + ایمریا مایتیس (2/13%) شناسایی گردیدند. از مجموع گسترشهای تهیه شده 8 نمونه (8%) مثبت تشخیص داده شدند. این تحقیق اولین گزارش بررسی میزان کوکسیدیوز و کریپتوسپوریدیوز در ماکیان بومی این منطقه می باشد. این بیماریها فاکتورهای مهمی در ایجاد خسارات اقتصادی به ماکیان بومی و صنعتی در این منطقه می باشند. بنابراین بررسی های بیشتر و طراحی استراتژی نظارتی مناسب برای بهبود مدیریت مزارع، ضروری بنظر می رسد.}, keywords_fa = {گونه های آیمریا,کریپتوسپوریدیوم,ماکیان بومی,بهبهان}, url = {https://nfvm.uoz.ac.ir/article_86882.html}, eprint = {https://nfvm.uoz.ac.ir/article_86882_bd8e94c93bed496149cac0a690f0454b.pdf} }
