اثرات ضد میکروبی عصاره‌های هندوانه ابوجهل و کلپوره بر برخی باکتری‌های بیماری‌زای

چکیده

در طول تاریخ بشری، بسیاری از بیماری‌های عفونی به‌طور سنتی با داروهای گیاهی درمان شده‌اند، به‌طوری‌که امروزه در بسیاری از کشورهای در حال‌ توسعه، داروهای گیاهی نقش اصلی را در درمان اولیه ایفا می‌کنند. هدف از این تحقیق، بررسی اثرات ضد میکروبی عصاره‌های اتانولی، متانولی و اتیل استات هندوانه ابوجهل (میوه) و کلپوره (برگ) بر برخی باکتری‌های بیماری‌زا بوده است. گیاهان مورد بررسی از شهرستان زابل جمع‌آوری ‌شده، سپس آسیاب شده و در حلال‌های اتانول، متانول، اتیل استات قرار داده و در نهایت عصاره‌گیری با دستگاه روتاری انجام شد. باکتری با جمعیت استاندارد تهیه شده و حداقل غلظت مهارکنندگی و حداقل غلظت کشندگی با روش میکرودایلوشن بر روی باکتری‌های ویبریو کلرا، استافیلوکوکوس اورئوس، باسیلوس سرئوس، شیگلا دیسنتری و لیستریا مونوسیتوژنز تعیین شد. کمترین غلظت مهارکنندگی عصاره اتانولی (5/12 پی‌پی‌ام)، متانولی (25 پی‌پی‌ام) و اتیل استات (25 پی‌پی‌ام) هندوانه ابوجهل به ترتیب بر باکتری‌های لیستریا مونوسیتوژنز، ویبریو کلرا و باسیلوس سرئوس مؤثر بوده‌اند. عصاره اتانولی کلپوره با کمترین غلظت 50 پی‌پی‌ام تنها توانسته باکتری ویبریو کلرا را مهار کند. کمترین غلظت مهارکنندگی عصاره متانولی کلپوره (25 پی‌پی‌ام) در برابر باکتری ویبریو کلرا مشاهده و باکتری باسیلوس سرئوس در تمام غلظت‌ها رشد کرده است. کمترین غلظت مهارکنندگی عصاره اتیل استات با 5/12 پی‌پی‌ام بر باکتری ویبریو کلرا مشاهده شده است. در کل عصاره اتانولی هندوانه ابوجهل بر باکتری لیستریا مونوسیتوژنز و عصاره اتیل استات کلپوره بر باکتری ویبریو کلرا مؤثر بوده‌اند لذا پیشنهاد می‌گردد بسته به هدف استفاده از عصاره گیاهی از نوع خاص گیاه به همراه مؤثرترین حلال مربوطه استفاده شود.

Throughout human history, many infectious diseases have traditionally been treated with herbal medicines, so today, in many developing countries, herbal medicines play a major role in early treatment. The purpose of this study was to investigate antimicrobial effects of ethanol, methanol, ethyl acetate Citrullus colocynthis (Fruit) and Teucrium polium (Leaf) on some pathogenic bacteria. The plants were collected from Zabol city, then milled and placed in solvents of ethanol, methanol, ethyl acetate, and finally, extraction was carried out using a rotary machine. The bacteria were prepared as standard and the minimum inhibitory concentration and minimum destructive concentration were determined by micro-dilution method. The lowest inhibitory concentrations of ethanolic extract (12.5 ppm), methanol (25 ppm) and ethyl acetate (25 ppm) of Citrullus colocynthis, respectively, on the bacteria Listeria monocytogenes, Vibrio chlora and Bacillus cereus they have been effective. The ethanolic extract of Teucrium polium with a minimum concentration of 50 ppm was only able to inhibit the bacterium Vibrio cholerae. The lowest inhibitory concentration of chloroprene methanolic extract of Teucrium polium with 25 ppm was observed against Vibrio cholerae bacteria and the bacterium Bacillus cereus grew at all concentrations. The lowest inhibitory concentration of ethyl acetate extract of Teucrium polium was observed with 12.5 ppm on vibriochlora bacteria. In general, ethanolic extracts of Citrullus colocynthis have been on Listeria monocytogenes bacteria and Ethyl acetate extract of Teucrium polium on Vibrio cholerae, so it is recommended to use a special type of plant with the most effective solvent depending on the purpose of using herbal extract.
