ارزیابی خاصیت ضد میکروبی عصاره‌ی هیدرو الکلی تعدادی گیاه دارویی بر طیفی از باکتری‌های گرم مثبت و گرم منفی

چکیده

هدف از تحقیق حاضر بررسی خاصیت ضد میکروبی عصاره هیدرو الکلی گیاهان دارویی، مورد، زعفران، بومادران، آویشن و رزماری بر باکتری‌های اشریشیاکلی، لستریا مونوسیتوژنز، سالمونلا تیفی موریوم و استافیلوکوکوس اورئوس است.
مواد و روش: اثرات ضدمیکروبی عصاره‌های هیدرو الکلی بر باکتریها با روش انتشار در محیط کشت مولر هینتون آگار با استفاده از دیسک‌های کاغذی 6 میلی‌متری منطبق بر دستورالعمل Bauer و Kirby حاصل گردید. همچنین از آنتیبیوتیکهای سیپروفلوکساسین، آمیکاسین، جنتامایسین، آزیترومایسین، تری متوپریم سولفامتوکسازول، سفتریاکسون، پنی‌سیلین و آمپی‌سیلین جهت کنترل مثبت استفاده شد. مقایسه میانگین‌ها با استفاده از آنالیز واریانس دو طرفه و آزمون تعقیبی کمترین تفاوت معنی‌دار انجام شد.
یافته‌ها: عصاره مورد به ترتیب با میانگین 43/0±50/2، 25/0±67/1 و 66/0±33/2 سانتیمتر قطر هاله عدم رشد باکتری مؤثرین گیاه دارویی بر باکتری‌های لستریا مونوسیتوژنز، سالمونلا تیفی موریوم و استافیلوکوکوس اورئوس بود. عصاره رزماری با میانگین 66/0±25/1 سانتی‌متر قطر هاله عدم رشد باکتری مؤثرترین عصاره بر اشریشیاکلی بودند. در مقایسه اثر عصاره‌های گیاهی با آنتی‌بیوتیک‌های مورد استفاده مشخص شد که اکثر عصاره‌ها نسبت به آمپی‌سیلین و پنی‌سیلین بر باکتری اشریشیاکلی مؤثرتر، عصاره مورد نسبت به اکثر آنتی‌بیوتیک‌ها بر باکتری لستریا مونوسیتوژنز مؤثرتر، سالمونلا تیفی موریوم و استافیلوکوکوس اورئوس مؤثرتر بوده است.
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج تحقیق و افزایش روزافزون مقاومت به مواد آنتی باکتریال سنتتیک، به نظر میرسد گیاه مورد و بعد از آن رزماری می‌توانند به‌عنوان گیاهان مؤثر در پاک‌سازی برخی از باکتری‌ها ازجمله اشریشیاکلی، لستریا مونوسیتوژنز، سالمونلا تیفی موریوم و استافیلوکوکوس اورئوس در نظر گرفته شوند.

Background and Objective: The aim of this study is to evaluation of extract medicinal plants, the saffron, yarrow, thyme and rosemary on the bacteria Escherichia coli, Listeria monocytogenes, Salmonella typhimurium and Staphylococcus aureus.

Material and Methods: Antimicrobial effects of hydro-ethanol extract on the bacteria was surveyed using diffusion method in a culture medium Mueller-Hinton agar by paper discs (6 mm) based on Bauer and Kirby instructions. The antibiotic ciprofloxacin, amikacin, gentamicin, azithromycin, trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole, ceftriaxone, penicillin and ampicillin was used as positive control.
